White Sage or Palo Santo? Which to choose?

You don’t have to choose! They complement each other perfectly. White Sage is used to "cleanse and empty" energy (it removes the old), whereas Palo Santo is used afterwards to "refill" the space with positive energy, calm, and to seal the cleansing. If the atmosphere feels very heavy, always start with the sage.
