How to use the resins:
Light a charcoal, and place it in a high heat resistance incense burner containing ashes or sand. Drop small amounts of resins on the charcoal. You can burn this way pure resins, a blend of resins, herbs or oils.

How to use palo santo and white sage:
Light directly the bundle or piece of wood and then shake it to extinguish the flame. Its lovely fragrance will fill the air with the resulting smoke. You can complete you smudging ritual using an abalone shell and feather, as Native American used to do.

Ventilate the room after use. Do not inhale the smoke directly.
