Shipping methods, transport cost, estimated delivery times
Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal
- Standard shipping by transport agency: delivery in 24 h to 48 h (working days).
- Free transport for purchases over 70 €. If the amount of the order is lower, a 4.90 € fee for transport and handling will be applied.
Canary Islands
- Please send an email to info@tierrazen.com with the products you wish to purchase. We will reply as soon as possible with the shipping cost.
Other European Union countries
- Standard shipping by transport agency: delivery within 3 to 5 days (working days).
- Free transport for purchases over 90 €. If the amount of the order is less, a fee for transport and handling will be applied depending on the country:
- France, Belgium, and Italy (except Sicily): 9€
- Germany, Austria, The Netherlands: 11,90€
- Denmark, Finland, Luxemburg, Sweden: 19,90€
- Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Letonia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania: 24,90€
- For shipments to Sicily, Cyprus, Malta, and Ireland: please send an email to info@tierrazen.com with the products you wish to purchase. We will reply as soon as possible with the shipping cost.
