The Yukari ceramic burner is designed for both Herb & Earth bamboo incense and long-stick Japanese incense. Wider than standard gondola burners, it allows to collect all the ashes. Available in gray, green or purple: colour your space with the scent of incense.
What makes this incense holder special is the application of an even matte glaze layer on the surface. It is decorated with Genji drawing, which is a historical design inspired by the kumikoh incense game. Its elegant finish with natural colour will bring a peaceful touch to your decoration.
About Seto ware
The tradition of making ceramic in Seto is more than 1000 years old. One of the six oldest kilns of Japan was actually situated in this town. Setomono, the Japanese name for Seto ceramic, has now become a common name that refers to ceramics in general. Today it is still very much prized.
