The Chimes of the Eclipse were created to celebrate the solar eclipse of the 21st of August 2017. An eclipse is said to be a moment of transformation and opportunities.

The good news is that you won’t have to wait for the planets to position to enjoy a marvelous melody! The sound of this wind chime is as extraordinary as an eclipse as its tuning is based on a musical phenomenon called octave doubling. How does it work? You probably know the Do-Re-Mi-Fa-So-La-Ti-Do scale. The “Do” notes at the beginning and end of the scale are the same note, an octave apart. The notes that are separated by an octave are considered to be harmonically equivalent. When they sound together, the resulting music is stunning. Just listen to this chime to be convinced!
