Use the high quality Kohro ash to fill your favourite incense burner. It is made from natural raw materials and does not give off any odour when heated. Its soft and fluffy texture allows air to penetrate. All this contributes to the enjoyment of the most delicate fragrances without any interference.
Kohro ash is ideal for practising the Koh Do incense ceremony, for enjoying the scents of Neri Koh, as well as for burning Japanese incense sticks, either stuck upright - they will burn completely without a trace - or lying on a bed of ashes.
You can also use it to burn Shoko incense chips: place an instant lighting charcoal on the ash before placing the small pieces of aromatic wood on top, as is done in Buddhist temples in Japan.
