With a gentle tap of the mallet, this chime emits one only powerful and long-lasting note that helps to focus and calm the mind. Often used in meditation and healing, it's an effective way to start a class, meeting, yoga practice or call guests to dinner! Take a deep breath, play it quietly, listen, feel, relax, refocus, reenergise.
Be careful not to dampen the sound by letting the mallet rest on the rod after striking it. The Zenergy chime includes a keyhole on the back so it can be installed upright on a door or a wall. You can keep the mallet in between the rod and the basis when not in use.
