Do the prices include taxes?

Yes, they do.

Can I return a product if it is not what I expected?

It is possible. Please check the return conditions in the corresponding section. We will reimburse the customer for the price of the items and the transportation costs will be at your expense.

Can I return a defective product?

Yes, please contact us. We will tell you how to proceed.

How long does it take to prepare my order?

Normally, orders are sent within 24 hours. The ones received on Friday are processed the following Monday.

What happens if I am not at home when the delivery is made?

The transport agency will contact you.

What happens if I don't receive my package?

If you do not receive your order within the agreed period, please contact us. We will look for the cause of the delay and find a solution.

Where is your store?

We do not have any physical shop and we only sell through the internet.

Do you ship orders outside the European Union?

Yes. Please contact us to see the total shipping cost.

Can I send an order to a different address than mine?

Yes: the purchasing process admits two adresses, a billing address (yours) and a delivery adress that may be different.
