Pack of three bundles containing California White Sage, Blue Sage and 7-Chakra White Sage to make smudging rituals at home.

1- White sage is a well-known medicinal plant. Scientific studies have revealed that both the leaves and stems contain jaceosidin, known for its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial action. White sage has been used throughout history for healing and protection rituals. Many native American cultures burned sage to purify body and mind thanks to the resulting white smoke.

2- 7-chakra white sage: this smudging bundle is decorated with rose petals of different colours symbolising each of the 7 chakras of the human body. It is preferably used in rituals that aim to purify people. The 7 chakras - wheels in Sanskrit - correspond to energy centres located along the spine, which distribute the vital energy in the human body. Each chakra has a specific function and a unique healing power.

3- Blue sage is a relative of the well-known white sage. It has a herbal and floral scent, similar to the one of lavender and softer than the one of white sage. It can be used to accompany meditation or simply to enjoy its fragrance and relax.

About the cultivation
Our sages are legally harvested from both natural areas and cultivated fields. The farms are controlled by the USDA (US Department of Agriculture), which certifies that all legal and environmental requirements are fulfilled.

Plant growth depends on climate and annual rainfall. The size of the bundles can therefore vary from one year to another: a dry season can lead to poorer harvests and smaller bundles. Nevertheless in years of drought, the concentration of essential oils is higher.
